E-Signature Process

As Shown in Image 1.0 User will have to Select and Fill the details in the Report Viewing Section

  • Date: From Date – To Date Will be selected by User. From Which date till What date User wants to see the Data.
  • Area: Area will be Selected by the User. For Which Area User want to see the Report.
  • Equipment: All the Equipment Under that Particular Area will Come in Drop down, User can Select the Equipment
  • Report Name: User Can select the Report Name.
  • Report Parameter: User can select the Report Parameters.
  • Batch No: User can Fill the Batch No.
  • Product Name: User will have to fill the Product Name.
  • Product Code: User can Fill the Product Code.
  • Operation: User can fill the Operation details
  • Type: User can Select the Type Blank, Maintenance, Process.
  • Step: User can Add the Step
  • Log Interval: User can Select the Log Interval as Minutes or Seconds and add the Value for the same.

As Shown in Image 2.0 Report will get generated.

  • To Add E-Signature in Report, User will have to Click on E-Signature Section.
  • There are 2 Level of E-Signature. One is Generator and Other is Reviewer.

As Shown in Image 3.0 First Level will be Generator and Application will ask for User Authentication which User will have to Fill System Login ID, Password and Add the Comments.

As Shown in Image 4.0 After Adding the Generated by E-Signature User Log can be Viewed in Reviewer E-Signature Log.

As Shown in Image 6.0 User can See the Report Output where he can see E-Signature with Generated on details. Second Level Reviewer Can Click again on E-Signature After Reviewing the Data.

As Shown in Image 7.0 Again Reviewer User will have to add the User Authentication with Comments. Log Report will be Saved in E-Signature Log Section.
